herdr is a game changer! I’ve tried tmux, Zellij, some homemade terminal multiplexers, and workspaces like cmux, but nothing helped me stay focused on what I was doing quite like herdr. Now it’s on every machine I use.

Not saying the others are bad—they’re amazing. But after 8+ years of relying on both a mouse and keyboard, herdr saves me the mental overhead of learning more shortcuts and lets me focus on the actual task. I think it’s the future of agentic workflows!

Currently, I use Ghostty + herdr on Mac, and Windows Terminal + herdr on Windows, both natively and through WSL.
